We are The Bon Collective
The Bon Collective exists to tell a story with its clients. Founded in July 2021 by Natasha Bonugli, our studio is formed of a group of change makers and interior creatives. We explore ways to redefine your workplace and residential spaces through the influence, power and finesse of design.
About our collective
In addition to our core interior design team, the concept of the collective is to bring together the perfect collaborators and talent for every interior project, depending on the design intent and importantly, your bespoke design requirements. This helps enhance and optimise the outcome of every creative opportunity for our clients. We design as a collective. All team members are equal, no matter their age, experience or expertise. From Creative Director to Intern, everyone’s true abilities are welcomed and nurtured to flourish.

Working from our studio in East London, The Bon Collective connects with clients across the United Kingdom, continental Europe, the United States and Asia who are delivering workplace and residential projects within the boutique, luxury market. We imagine spaces in collaboration with them which are profoundly moving.
Our traits
Natasha Bonugli is the Founder and Creative Director of The Bon Collective
With 20 years experience in the interiors and architecture industry, Natasha brings her specialist expertise in Workplace and Residential Interior Design to the fore within The Bon Collective design studio.

The Bon Collective name is inspired by Natasha’s surname, Bonugli, with the intent to convey ‘The Bon’ and ‘The Collective’ working together. When said in short, it also hints at TBC - our ability ’to be continually evolving’.

Natasha has built a strong reputation in the design industry internationally throughout her career. Originally trained as an architect in the United States, Italy and United Kingdom, Natasha fell in love with the speed, detail and scale of the world of interior design.
Natasha has been involved in a wide array of design projects, ranging from residential through to hospitality and retail. More specifically, over the past 20 years, she has become a dedicated and respected expert in workplace design, leading and nurturing globally connected design teams across Europe and the United States for her three previous practices, including Unispace, BDG and Woods Bagot.

As the Founder and Creative Director of The Bon Collective, Natasha believes in continually being inspired by our surrounding environments, seeking a strong sense of design and rational use of purpose for each project. Natasha’s ability to nurture client relationships ensures the studio is an approachable environment for both you and the project team.
Natasha’s passion for visually exploring and achieving high quality standards ensures each project is well considered, crafted and designed for a reason.

For more than a decade, our team has contributed to a collection of the United Kingdom’s most pivotal workplaces. These projects gained recognition winning BCO, FX, Mixology, Driven by Design and AIS awards. We don’t take these awards lightly, and are humbled our work is celebrated by the industry.
In turn, we believe in working with our colleagues, creating not only purposeful interior spaces for the community, but also a more diverse, healthy industry. We proudly collaborate with industry bodies such as Women in Office Design, Corenet Global, British Council for Offices and PedELLE.
